I'm writing about...

Let's Start this thing Again!

Oh my goodness, hi friends! It has been a crazy long time and I could catch you guys up on everything but that would take far too long (but I have added a bunch of pics from the last year in here)! If you're interested in some life updates stay tuned till the end! Long story short, I have decided to make my return to blogging.

It is something that I dreamed about doing for a long time and loved doing until life got in the way and took its toll and it was no longer an enjoyable hobby.

I spent some time today talking to my best friend, she was always the one who did my photos for me and it made me realize how much I have missed this space and this outlet. I stopped blogging about a year ago now because I had so much going on and I honestly had too much on my plate. I was taking 18 hours at school and working every day for a total of about 30 hours a week. I would basically get home from work to do school work and then pass out for the night. I did not want to spend my weekends having to write posts and do shoots because it was the only free time I had. I had just felt drained of all of my creativity.

Fast forward to this year. Life has calmed down tremendously, in December I graduated with my bachelor\"s degree and I started a new full-time job working from home. It took me a little while to settle down and get into a comfortable schedule, but I feel like I am finally there. After discussing the logistics with Gabi (my bestie) and seeing if this would work, we have decided to plan out our shoots for certain times for the month and have them set in stone. This allows me to have a set plan for my blog and know what it is that I\"m doing and posting each week rather than being sporadic with it all.

I can now say that I am in a position where I am ready to pour myself into this outlet again. It is something that I truly loved and missed, this blog was a dream of mine for so long and I just knew that shutting it all down was not the right decision for me. So welcome back, I hope you guys will enjoy the revamp of Zoe Taylor Beauty!

So I know you\"re probably thinking, what\"s going to be different than before? And the answer to that is a lot. I will be posting more lifestyle content than before, which I am so excited about. I have been decorating and finding new ways to organize our new house each day and I can\"t wait to share all that I have done with you guys! Of course, my fashion posts will be the most prevalent thing, but I am excited to show you guys how to build a wardrobe on a budget with pieces you can wear multiple ways. Alongside all of that will be a new addition which will be faith posts. This blog is my outlet to pour out my heart about the things I love and my faith is one of those things. I don\"t have much figured out about that aspect yet, but I am excited to dive in and see where the Lord takes me.

Now onto a life update! It\"s been a while since we last talked so I have a lot to catch you guys up on! Dalton and I are still together and will make 3 years in April. In March I started to dive far into my faith and really develop a relationship with God. Since then I have participated in many Bible studies and have been very active in my faith life. March-September was pretty empty as I\"m sure almost everyone\"s was, fun times. In October we decided to pick up and move to the NorthShore and we have never been happier, we love it here.  In August I started a new job working in the field that I wanted to be in after graduation. In December I graduated from college with my Bachelor\"s degree and have been free from school since then lol. Since then life has been pretty calm, well besides it being a pandemic, but hey life must go on!

I want to thank all of you who have stuck around while I have been on an unplanned hiatus. I have added a bunch of pictures from the last year to the end of this post to catch you guys up on my life.
